Prenatal Supraventricular Tachycardia with hydrops - Manged with Digoxin and Sotalol

An interesting case which I am reading for first time. I am thrilled to know that Digoxine and Sotalol can be used to treat a fetus living inside the uterus. The baby is safely deliverd and leading normal life with completed first birth day. I am sure all of you are interested to read this interesting story.
